Privacy policy

Effective November 2, 2026. This policy describes information handled through OfferPath.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide in setup applications, including business details, authorized contact information, messaging program descriptions, and an EIN if supplied. The workspace stores contacts, property addresses, messages, templates, reminders, usage records, and saved rehab estimates. We also process technical information needed for security, authentication, and abuse prevention.

How information is used

We use information to review applications, provide requested tools, support customers, manage billing and usage, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell your contact lists or use your messaging consent to authorize unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and storage. Stripe processes payments when billing is connected. Twilio handles connected messaging and registration. BatchData handles skip tracing. Google Gemini analyzes photos and property details when you request an estimate. Information needed for each requested function is shared with its provider. Providers have their own privacy and retention terms.

Photos and AI estimates

Photos are processed for the estimate request and are not saved in OfferPath. Property context and estimate results are saved. Google’s handling depends on the connected account’s terms and billing tier. Free tier content may be used to improve Google products. The estimator asks for your acknowledgment before sharing photos. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos you are not authorized to share.

Payment information

Enter card information only in Stripe’s payment pages. OfferPath does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may store payment references and subscription status.

Storage and security

Applications and provider credentials are encrypted in storage. Private workspace access requires authentication. We retain records for service operation and support, and where required for security, accounting, or legal obligations. No security measure eliminates every risk.

Your requests

Contact info@borenrealtor.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records where required. Browser appearance preferences are saved locally and can be removed through your browser settings.
