Terms of service

Effective November 2, 2026. These terms explain the conditions for using OfferPath. Contact support before purchasing if anything is unclear.

Your account and authority

You must be an adult authorized to act for the business you register. Provide accurate information, keep login details private, and use only information and photos you have authority to process.

Messaging and registration

Only send messages to recipients who have given the permission required for your program and provider. Purchased or skip traced numbers alone do not establish consent. Honor opt outs, identify your business, maintain consent records, and follow provider rules. Spam, impersonation, harassment, prohibited content, and attempts to bypass sending restrictions are not allowed. Registration and delivery are not guaranteed.

Setup and service activation

Applying does not create a subscription or submit a registration. Setup costs and any provider fees require separate confirmation. Monthly subscription checkout is made available after your setup is marked ready. Registration delays may occur and extra verification may be required. A payment alone does not constitute carrier approval.

Plans and usage

Starter is $49 per month with 500 SMS segments. Growth is $99 per month with 2,000 SMS segments. Scale is $199 per month with 5,000 SMS segments. Long or Unicode messages may use more than one segment. Sent, received, and automatic messages count when included in the active plan. No automatic paid overage is authorized. Outbound sending pauses when its available allowance is exhausted. Inbound traffic can still incur provider costs. Included allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Your actual activation confirmation controls any agreed custom limits.

Skip tracing uses a separate prepaid allowance when enabled. Rehab estimates have a separate allowance confirmed at activation. Do not assume either is unlimited or included in the messaging allowance. Extra numbers, international messaging, MMS, registration costs, and optional services require a separate agreement. The service must not claim that disabled features or unused prepaid credit are available.

Recurring billing and cancellation

Stripe checkout shows the price and recurring billing terms before you pay. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period. Property data and AI estimates

Contact information can be incomplete or wrong. Verify identity and authority independently. AI rehab estimates are preliminary planning ranges, not inspections, appraisals, contractor bids, or a promise of results. Hidden conditions and local costs require professional review.

Service availability

OfferPath depends on third party services. Outages, rate limits, rejected registrations, and message filtering can affect availability. We may pause access to protect accounts, address abuse, or resolve unpaid balances. We will explain service issues through support where practical.
