Start with the right business setup

Choose a plan and submit your business details for review. Number options and registration requirements depend on your business and messaging use case. Approved sender setup and appropriate recipient permission are required before sending. Registration does not guarantee delivery or prevent filtering.

Keep a list ready for review

Organize your contacts in a CSV with a phone number for each intended recipient. Remove duplicate and invalid numbers. Keep research contacts separate from contacts eligible to receive messages, and retain evidence of permission. Ask support to confirm CSV campaign availability for your account before choosing a plan that depends on it.

Follow the conversation

Open a contact thread to see message history and reply in context. Use templates as a starting point, then review names, property details, and the purpose of the message before sending. Honor opt outs and avoid repeatedly contacting people who do not want messages.

Turn a reply into a next step

Save a property contact card and a follow up reminder when a conversation needs attention. Confirm the date, time, and property address directly with the contact before a visit. Keep offer discussions and useful notes close to the conversation.

Understand the messaging allowance

OfferPath plans currently start at $49 per month with 500 SMS segments, $99 with 2,000, or $199 with 5,000. Sent and received SMS share the allowance. Long messages and some characters can use more than one segment. Setup charges and provider registration fees are discussed before payment; monthly service begins after approval and a successful sending test.
