How the allowance works: Sending, incoming replies, and automated replies all count in SMS segments. A long message or emoji can use multiple segments, so 500 segments does not mean 500 leads. Monthly included allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over.
Need more? Additional usage option: 1,000 SMS segments for $30, valid for 12 months. Customer sending will require an active allowance, credit, and configured usage limits before activation. Extra sending requires a manual credit purchase or plan change. No automatic overage purchases. Incoming messages can continue using credit and incurring costs; incoming usage and suspension rules are confirmed before payment.
What’s included: One US local or toll free number and one standard recurring campaign fee, where applicable, after approval. US SMS only. MMS, international messages, extra numbers, and AI generated responses are excluded from these allowances. Skip tracing uses a separate prepaid balance; rehab estimate allowances are confirmed during setup.
